Responsible for meeting with current and future clients to explain the products and services we offer. Sales Team Members will be responsible for developing new business, developing a network of contacts and resources in existing accounts, maintaining a specific territory, managing current accounts, and meeting certain expected business results on a weekly and monthly basis. We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated salesperson. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience, including no less than two years of business experience with a proven record of achievement. Must have a desire to develop business, prospect new accounts, follow leads, and maintain relationships with current accounts. Must have a strong work ethic and an honest and ethical business approach.
Technicians are responsible for responding to service calls for copier repairs and performing necessary repairs as well as preventative and routine maintenance. We are looking for candidates who are customer oriented, have strong time management skills, and at least 3-5 years of experience repairing office technology equipment. Candidates must successfully pass a criminal background check and must have a clean driving record.
The Systems Engineer is responsible for providing quality services and solutions to our clients while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. You will routinely perform project based installations and service based repair calls at client locations and will occasionally assist the Managed Service group. You are responsible for management, administration and integration of products, services, applications and operating level systems code. You will handle responsibilities from basic system installations to the overall architecture.
