We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Managed IT Services team! As an IT Systems Engineer, you will work with our clients as part of our Professional Services team to design and implement technical solutions for our clients. This team is dedicated to improving our clients’ IT systems while continually improving our processes and delivery of services. Responsibilities & Duties
Design, scope and execute projects for implementing new and upgraded technology for our clients
Create and maintain complete documentation regarding completed projects
Work as a member of the Professional Services team to prioritize, set, and accomplish sprint goals
Participate in project meetings, including Daily Scrums, Sprint Retrospectives, and Sprint Planning
Participate with the Professional Services team in self-reflection to improve project processes
Perform after-hours and onsite work for project deployments
Assist the Support Desk team with high-level escalations
Assist with emergency after-hours support if needed
Required Qualifications
Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent combination of education, training/certification, and experience
3+ years of experience in an intermediate to advanced IT engineering role
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
